My name is Melek Ahmet and I am the Proprietor of the Company and my father Halil Ahmet was the founder of the Company and since 2007 he has been my guiding spirit.

We are AAT Licensed Accountants and are regulated by our professional body the Association of Accounting Technicians, whom we are registered with under reference number: 3622.

The AAT is recognised by the HM Treasury to supervise compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations and we are supervised by the AAT in this respect. 

We are committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective and should there be any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of our service, we will look into it carefully and promptly and do everything reasonable to try and resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our conclusion to your complaint, then you can escalate your complaint to the Association of Accounting Technicians and their website is: www.aat.org.uk. 

We are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Act and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference number: ZB282545 in this respect. 

If you think we have not complied with the GDPR Act, then you can complain to us and if you are not satisfied with our conclusion to your complaint, then you can escalate your complaint to the (ICO) and their website is: www.ico.org.uk.
